Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• To cancel an order, please email us at support@giftup.in with your order details.

1.2 Cancellation by GiftUp.in:

• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
  • Payment issues or incomplete transactions.
  • Unavailability of stock.
  • Any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns:

• Customers can request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is:
  • Defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect product received.

Note: Video proof is mandatory for return.

2.2 Mandatory Video Proof for Returns:

• To process a return, customers must provide an unboxing video showing:
  • The package being opened from its sealed condition.
  • The issue (damage/incorrect product) clearly visible in the video.
• No return request will be accepted without a proper video.
• The video should be clear and unedited.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made gifts.
• Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
• Products without proper unboxing video proof.

2.4 Refund Process:

• Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
