- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.
1.2 Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges vary based on location and order value.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
- Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
1.4 Delivery Partners:
- We use trusted courier services for safe and timely delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Delivery Policy
2.1 Delivery Confirmation:
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.
- Once delivered, no claims for non-receipt will be entertained unless reported within 24 hours.
2.2 Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the package is undelivered, it will be returned to us. Customers will need to bear re-shipping charges.
2.3 Damaged or Tampered Packages:
- If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, do not accept it.
- Immediately contact us at support@giftup.in with photos or video proof of the package condition.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India.
- International shipping may be introduced in the future.
